Acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the Liberty Auto Parts LLC website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At Liberty Auto Parts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that occasionally, a part might not meet your expectations or be incompatible with your vehicle despite careful selection. That’s why we offer a transparent and customer-friendly returns and refund policy designed to give you confidence in every purchase you make from us.

Return Window

You may initiate a return within 10 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered. We kindly ask that all return requests be made within this timeframe to ensure eligibility. Any return request initiated after this 10-day window may not be accepted unless exceptional circumstances apply, and such cases will be handled at our sole discretion.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, which includes the following requirements:

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled.

  • It should be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

  • All original packaging, including boxes, tags, labels, seals, and any included accessories or documentation (manuals, warranty cards, etc.), must be intact.

  • The item should be packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the returned item is not in resalable condition or if it appears to have been used or tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable due to safety, quality, or legal regulations. These include:

  • Electrical or electronic auto parts (e.g., sensors, control modules) once installed or opened.

  • Custom or special-order items.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

  • Fluids, chemicals, or lubricants that have been opened.

Please review product pages carefully before purchase. If you’re uncertain whether a specific part is returnable, our customer service team is happy to assist you in advance.

Return Process

To return an item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us First
    Email our support team at support@liberty-autoparts.com within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if the item is defective or damaged). Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions.

  2. Receive Authorization
    Do not send back any items without receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.

  3. Pack and Ship the Item
    Securely package the item using its original box or a comparable safe package to prevent damage. Include the RMA number inside the package and clearly write it on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

  4. Return Shipping Costs
    Unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 3–5 business days. You will be notified via email once the inspection is complete.

If the return is approved, we will process the refund or exchange as per your request. If the item does not meet the return conditions, we will notify you with an explanation and offer return-to-sender options.

Refund Method and Timeline

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account after processing. If you do not see the refund within this time frame, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges and Replacements

If you ordered the wrong part and would like to exchange it, or if your item arrived defective or damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to arrange a suitable replacement, subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued instead.

Restocking Fees

In most cases, we do not charge restocking fees. However, certain high-value or special-order items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned for reasons other than defect or seller error. You will be informed of this during the return authorisation process if applicable.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us immediately at support@liberty-autoparts.com. We will do our best to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse. Orders that have already been shipped must follow the return process outlined above.
