Acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the Liberty Auto Parts LLC website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Warranty Policy

At Liberty Auto Parts, we take pride in offering high-quality, reliable parts to ensure the best performance and longevity for your vehicle. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we provide limited warranties on certain parts purchased through our website. These warranties are designed to give you added peace of mind and protection against manufacturing defects.

Limited Warranty Coverage

Some of the parts available at Liberty Auto Parts come with a limited warranty, the specifics of which vary depending on the manufacturer and product type. Detailed warranty information for eligible parts will be provided at the time of purchase, either in the product description or within your order confirmation. If you do not see this information at checkout, please contact our customer service team prior to finalizing your order.

The limited warranty generally covers the replacement of the defective part only. This means that if the part fails under normal use due to a defect in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement part at no additional cost to you, subject to the terms outlined below.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturer Defects: The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions.

  • Specific Time Periods: Depending on the part and the manufacturer, warranties may range from 30 days to a lifetime limited warranty.

  • Replacement Only: The warranty entitles you to a replacement part if a covered defect is confirmed. We do not offer refunds under warranty claims—only replacements.

What Is Not Covered

Please note that the warranty is limited in scope and does not cover all possible issues. The following items are not covered under our limited warranty:

  • Labor Costs: The warranty does not cover any labor costs associated with removing, diagnosing, or reinstalling the part.

  • Incidental or Consequential Damages: We are not responsible for any incidental damages (e.g., towing, rental vehicles, loss of use) or consequential damages (e.g., engine failure resulting from part malfunction).

  • Improper Installation: Any damage or failure resulting from incorrect installation or usage not in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications voids the warranty.

  • Misuse or Abuse: Parts that have been altered, misused, or used in high-performance or racing applications are not covered.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear that occurs during regular use.

  • External Damage: Any part that fails due to collision, corrosion, theft, vandalism, environmental damage (floods, salt, fire, etc.), or improper maintenance is not eligible for replacement.

Making a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our support team by emailing support@liberty-autoparts.com or calling our customer service line. Please have your order number, part number, and proof of purchase ready.

  2. Describe the Issue: Provide a detailed explanation of the defect, including when it began and under what circumstances it occurred. Photographs or videos may be required.

  3. Return Authorization: If your claim is eligible, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for returning the part.

  4. Inspection & Verification: Once we receive the returned part, it will be inspected by our team or by the manufacturer to verify the defect.

  5. Replacement Shipment: If the defect is confirmed and the claim is approved, a replacement part will be shipped to you at no charge for the part itself. Shipping costs may apply.

Important Notes

  • Proof of Purchase Required: All warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase from Liberty Auto Parts.

  • Warranty Not Transferable: Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are not transferable if the vehicle or part is sold or transferred.

  • Time Limits: All warranty claims must be submitted within the designated warranty period for the specific part. Late submissions may not be honored.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some parts may be covered directly by the manufacturer’s warranty rather than by Liberty Auto Parts. In these cases, we will assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer, but the final decision and processing of the claim will rest with them. Manufacturer warranty terms may differ, so we encourage customers to review them thoroughly at the time of purchase.

At Liberty Auto Parts, we are committed to ensuring our customers receive high-quality products and excellent support. Our limited warranty policy is in place to protect you against unexpected product issues while promoting transparency and fairness. If you have any questions about a specific part’s warranty or need help understanding your coverage, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.
